Check-in

Check-in at the hotel is from 2:00 PM.

Each guest is required by law to register their stay with a valid ID card or passport.

Only registered guests who have properly checked in at the reception may use the accommodation at Hotel Santiny.

Check-out

Check-out from the hotel is by 11:00 AM.

Please return your key card to the reception upon departure.

Staying in the room after 11:00 AM will result in an additional charge. If you require a late check-out, please inform the reception by 8:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability.

Safe

You may store your money, documents, and other valuables in the in-room safe using a personal code. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of these items. If valuables, money, and documents are not stored in the in-room safe using a personal code, the hotel assumes no responsibility for their possible loss.

Hotel Inventory

Pillows, blankets, towels, and other hotel inventory are provided for use during your stay and must not be taken out of the hotel. Please handle hotel facilities and inventory with care. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or individuals under their responsibility. Any damage must be compensated. Please report any technical issues or damages to the reception.

Before leaving the room, please ensure that the water in the bathroom is turned off.

If you lose your key card, please inform the reception immediately. A lost or damaged key card is charged at 15,00 € per piece.

Smoking

In accordance with the law on tobacco restrictions, smoking is not allowed in any public or enclosed areas of the hotel.

Visitors

Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Please use the hotel lobby, restaurant, or terrace for meetings with your guests. All hotel guests must be properly registered at the reception.

Pets

Pets and other animals are not allowed inside the hotel (except on the outdoor terrace while accompanied by their owners) due to hygiene, cleanliness, noise, and guests with allergies.

Consideration for Other Guests

Please be mindful of other guests who wish to rest and avoid noise in the room and hallways. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not walk around hotel public areas in inappropriate attire, such as pajamas or underwear. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation and services to guests whose behavior does not comply with house rules. Please respect the privacy of other guests.

Safety

It is prohibited to bring flammable or explosive materials into the hotel. In case of fire or suspicious activity, please inform the reception immediately. An evacuation plan is displayed on the entrance door of each room.

Tourist Tax

Guests who do not have a registered residence in the municipality or city where the hotel is located must pay a tourist tax of 1.33 € per person per night.

Minibar

The minibar is restocked daily. Minibar consumption is charged according to the price list upon check-out.

Please fill out the minibar consumption form and submit it to the reception when settling your hotel bill.

Laundry and Ironing Service

Please contact the reception for information regarding laundry and ironing services.

Place your laundry in the designated laundry bag found in the wardrobe and fill out the corresponding form. The service is charged according to the provided price list.

Parking

The parking area is monitored by video surveillance and is free for hotel guests.

Electrical Supply

The power supply is 220V.

If you need an adapter, please contact the reception.

The electric car charging station is free for hotel guests.

Air Conditioning and Heating

The hotel has central heating and air conditioning.

Please turn off the air conditioning and radiators before leaving the room.

“Genius” Meeting Room

The hotel offers a business meeting room for events and gatherings.

Restaurant Opening Hours

Breakfast: 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM

À la carte: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (hours may vary on certain days)

If you are leaving the hotel before breakfast service starts and would like a takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception the day before. For sanitary and hygiene reasons, bringing and consuming outside food and beverages, as well as ordering food delivery from external restaurants, is not allowed in hotel rooms or any other hotel areas.

Serving alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited.

Billing

Please settle your bills between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM.

Kindly sign all invoices for hotel services and keep your copy of the bill.

Complaints

Any complaints from individual, agency, or contract guests will only be considered if reported during their stay at the hotel. Complaints submitted after departure will not be accepted.
