CATERING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as by using our services, you agree to them.

Order

1.1. Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event date.

1.2. Minimum Order: The minimum number of guests is 10.

1.3. Changes and Cancellations: All changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event. Cancellation fees may apply.

Payment

2.1. Deposit: A deposit of 30 % of the total order amount must be paid upon confirmation of the order.

2.2. Remaining Payment: The remaining amount must be paid no later than the day of the event.

2.3. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash in EUR.

2.4. VAT: All prices include VAT.

Delivery and Setup

3.1. Delivery Time: Food will be delivered to the event location at least 15 minutes before the start or as per individual agreement.

3.2. Setup: Our team will ensure the food is set up as agreed.

3.3. Responsibility: We are not responsible for any issues that may arise after the food has been delivered and set up.

Hygiene and Food Safety

4.1. Hygiene Standards: All food and delivery preparations comply with the highest hygiene standards.

4.2. Allergens: The client must inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs of guests when placing an order.

Liability and Compensation

5.1. Damages and Losses: The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment rented for the event.

5.2. Compensation: We do not take responsibility for any damage or injuries that may occur during the event unless caused by our gross negligence or intent.

General Terms

6.1. Code of Conduct: The client and guests must adhere to respectful behavior towards our staff.

6.2. Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel the service in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or similar situations.
